Shipping

Your order will be delivered within 4-8 days (Within India) and 14- 22 days (Outside India) depending on the delivery location. Sometimes it may take longer than the stipulated time due to unforeseen conditions including weather conditions, flight delays and etc at the courier company end. If you wish faster delivery for outside India then please contact us.
Mostly we offer free shipping. If there is any shipping charges you will see it.

Ordering

Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep .
Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from Craftestic.com. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders, if you have placed the order through your log in id.
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 5 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you.
Our order status is updated to you via emails and sms at every step. Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. Again after your order is dispatched we send you an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam folder for the status of your order, if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end.
If you wish to cancel your order, Please get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount (Full or 90% amount that depends upon the total value and the item). If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact us.
In order to place a bulk order please contact us with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.
At present we don’t have Replacement service. Contact us if there is any issue we will resolve.
In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full or partial refund of money : 1. We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order. 2. There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you. 3. The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement. 4. You have 15 days (from the delivery date ) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to claim for a refund. You need to mail us with all the details, proofs (Picture of item).

Order Tracking

Email sent to you after the Order is Shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider with any other details.
If you have the tracking information ( reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do message us with order number and we will be happy to help you.

Payments

We accept PayPal payments only for now. In future we will add via Visa, MasterCard, American Express Credit and Debit Cards, Net banking.
All Credit Card, Debit Card, and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.
There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.
